Celeste is a free, automated, informational tool. Its recommendations are general guidance, not professional, legal, financial, or procurement advice, and are based solely on the limited information provided. You are responsible for your own technology and business decisions and should obtain independent advice before acting.
2. No warranty
Celeste and its output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement). We do not warrant that recommendations are correct, complete, or suitable for your situation.
3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acro Commerce and its affiliates, partners, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on Celeste — and our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to Celeste will not exceed CAD $100 (Celeste is provided free of charge).
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the tool — no automated scraping, overloading, reverse engineering, submitting others’ personal data without authority, or unlawful use. We may rate-limit, screen, or block traffic to protect the service.
5. Intellectual property
The Celeste tool, its content, and the structure/format of its reports are owned by Acro Commerce. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide; you grant us a license to use them to provide and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue Celeste, or these terms, at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
