Shopify B2B for a company that already runs an ERP
Shopify B2B is the wholesale capability built into Shopify, using companies, locations, catalogues and price lists. Since 2 April 2026 it is on every plan, not only Plus, and the limits moved with it: three active catalogues below Plus, direct catalogue-to-location assignment only on Plus. It is the fastest route to a working B2B storefront, and those two limits are what decide whether it carries your pricing.
Shopify B2B and Acumatica: what syncs, what does not, and what you build
Acumatica ships a first-party Shopify connector that syncs stock items, template items as variants, per-warehouse availability, customers, orders and shipments on entity-level schedules. It does not send the effective sales price Acumatica would calculate for a contract customer, it does not enforce a credit limit at checkout, and Shopify B2B payment terms, order edits and refunds each behave in a way you have to plan around.Shopify B2B and Cin7 Core: what syncs, what does not, and what you build
Cin7 Core’s Shopify integration pushes stock one way and downloads orders and customers, and it never pushes a product or price edit on its own. Cin7 states product information "must be manually updated to be exported to Shopify, it will never be updated automatically". One nominated price tier becomes the Shopify price, per-customer custom prices do not make the trip, and Shopify B2B companies, catalogues and payment terms sit outside the integration entirely.
